**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**Head Reception and Switchboard: duties and responsibilities**
- Management of the Reception and Switchboard Team
- Organize, supervise and collaborate in day-to-day operations
- Implement quality standard and procedures
- Supervise compliance with rules and regulations (e.g. uniform regulation, service procedures)
- Schedule daily and monthly duty-time, off days and holidays
- Expand collaboration with different teams and individuals, focusing on common goals
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Monitor team performance, exchange feedbacks, assess and report (e.g. year-end assessment)

**Receptionist: duties and responsibilities**
- First point of contact for customers: greeting clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome to all guests, helpfully attending to their requests and needs
- Offering of hot/cold drinks - service in the meeting rooms
- Managing meeting rooms for perfect cleanliness and availability
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the client zone (before/during opening hours: equipping, cleaning and tidying of entrance and reception area, meeting rooms, kitchenettes)
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties (e.g. visits volumes reporting)
- Taking care of client zone for comfort, safety and security - coordinating maintenance if necessary - and supervising cleanliness standards (performed by external service provider)
- Performing and managing all tasks related to clients visits in the safe deposit boxes area adhering to internal rules and procedures
- Switchboard: answering, forwarding and screening phone calls, dispatching fax messages, forwarding messages and reminders to staff members in appropriate time

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- High school diploma or professional education in the Tourism/Hotellerie
- Proven experience leading a team in a challenging and comparable environment
- Previous work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian, good written and verbal communication skills in English, fluent in German. French would be a plus
- Charming appearance, willingness to wear a uniform
- Ability to supervise, lead and direct co-workers, in order to ensure an excellent performance
- Excellent team organization and work management skills
- Good team player, winning interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable personality
- Ability to handle standard office equipment (e.g. MS-Office)
- Problem-solving attitude: able to quickly find adequate responses to difficult situations or complaints
- Swiss residence permit
