**Back Office Administrator - Audit Corporates**:

**Your contribution to KPMG**

Be responsible for Inbox-, calendar
- and time management as well as travel planning for our auditors

Plan internal and external meetings, including all relevant bookings and on-site support

Support in the preparation of audit reports, invoices, and correspondence

Be local contact for IT and facility management inquiries and manage the reception and welcome desk as well

Compose presentations in PowerPoint and create tables and evaluations in Excel

Maintain and upkeep the CRM

Take on deputy role for other team members in the Back Office

**This is what makes you successful**

More than 4 years of professional experience in the administrative field

Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training

Fluent in Italian with excellent communication abilities in English and optimal knowledge of German

Service-oriented approach and a strong "can-do" attitude

Detail-oriented and conscientious working style, with the ability to quickly analyze and understand information

Resilient, responsible, and flexible person with the ability to think ahead

True team player with the ability to work independently
