Global Learning Development Manager for Travel Retail Europe

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Learning Development Manager to join our team in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to drive product knowledge and sales techniques to field teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive training toolkits for quarterly use, including PowerPoint presentations, cheat sheets, product novelties, and interactive quizzes.
  • Design and edit digital learning and development tools, including video content and engaging content for internal social media platforms or other digital channels.
  • Develop structured and practical Train-the-Trainer programs aimed at empowering in-market field managers & trainers.
  • Support the rollout of the Beauty Advisor certification program, including onboarding materials, skill assessments, and performance evaluation tools.
Main Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the beauty industry.
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably on the shop floor, with direct customer interaction and sales responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and Microsoft tools, digital & social media native.
  • Strong appetite for L&D tool development with the ability to think out-of-the-box.
  • Excellent public speaking skills and solid oral presentation skills.
  • High level of autonomy & proactivity and can-do attitude.
