**Office Manager - EN / DE - 60%**
**Overview**
We are looking for an Office Manager to oversee the day to day running of a leading Investment Management Advisory firm.
The role will be based in Zug and has a workload of 60%
**Main responsibilities**
- Maintaining office accounts and assisting with the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements including annual audit
- Administrating bank account and credit card reconciliations
- Processing of payments
- Supporting the investment team (travel booking and diary management)
- Maintaining office HR files
- Developing and implementing controls, policies, and procedures for the office
- Liaising with all external office service providers
- Liaising with local authorities
- Liaising with tax and legal advisors
- Assisting with the preparation of company board meetings and taking minutes
**Your skills**:
- A minimum of 5 years in a similar Office Management position
- Fluency in English and German is essential
- Strong IT skills
- Highly organised, reliable and professional manner.
For this position, we can only consider Swiss nationals or professionals possessing a valid EU passport or holding an existing Swiss permit.
**Job Type**: 60-80%
Part-time hours: 25.2 per week
