- und Stromhandelsunternehmen bei der Suche nach einem/einer herausragenden Office Manager/in für ihr neu gegründetes Büro in Zug, Schweiz, zu unterstützen. Als Office Manager/in berichten Sie direkt an den Country Director und sind verantwortlich für die effiziente Funktionsweise des Büros. Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit einer temporären zur permanenten Anstellung.

**Hauptaufgaben**:

- Durchführung von Büroverwaltungsaufgaben.
- Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Behörden, Einwanderungsbehörden und öffentlichen Verwaltungsdiensten, um alle relevanten Angelegenheiten und Verpflichtungen des lokalen Unternehmens effektiv zu führen und Probleme zu lösen.
- Unterstützung bei HR- und Verwaltungsangelegenheiten.
- Verfolgung aller rechtlichen Dokumente und ihrer Gültigkeit.
- Verwaltung des Bürokleingelds, des Ausgabenbuchs und der Buchführung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung.
- Organisation von Transport und Unterkunft für Expatriates am Standort und andere Mitarbeiter, die von den Hauptquartieren besuchen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Hauptquartieren in allen Angelegenheiten und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung vereinbarter Maßnahmen, um Effizienz sicherzustellen.

**Qualifikationen**:

- BSc/BA in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich; MSc/MBA ist von Vorteil.
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer relevanten Position in multinationalen Organisationen, idealerweise branchenbezogen.
- Fliessende Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Computeranwendungen, insbesondere in den Microsoft-Programmen.
