**Job Description**:
This role will be supporting MET Holding staff in the Zug Office and have the chance to gain a broad insight into a wide range of various operational tasks. This role is being offered as a full or a part time opportunity with a **80-100% working degree.**
**Main areas to cover**
- Overseeing general office operation
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Property management: first contact with vendors, suppliers, landlords and building management
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Manage health and safety procedures in close cooperation with the Security Team
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Insurance management (building, car fleet, travel, liability, etc.), ensuring that all insurances are up-to-date and be up to our standards and business needs
- Car fleet management, leasing contract management, overseeing parking places
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets
**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:
- 4-5 years experience in an office management role with a wide variety of responsibilities as described above
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English and German
- Self-starter that is proactive and can work independently
- Ability to multitask and work on different projects simultaneously.
- Superb organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
