The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of scientific programs for various events. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of event programs, including managing scientific committees, coordinating speaker arrangements, and updating online materials;
  • Supporting abstract management processes, including communication with presenters and ensuring seamless event logistics;
  • Providing administrative support to the department, including meeting minutes, expense reimbursement processing, and other tasks as needed;

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess a degree or equivalent experience in an administrative setting, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, as well as fluency in English (written and spoken). Experience in event management or a background in scientific publications would be advantageous.
