About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the efficient management of document lifecycles, security, and retention. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing SharePoint sites, workflows, and libraries to meet business needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure effective document management, including versioning, security, and retention.
- Oversee the intranet platform to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration across the company.
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and libraries.
- Manage IT projects and provide technical support to users on SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 applications.
- Implement governance policies to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SharePoint Online, including development, administration, and integration.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate) and workflows.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITILv4 certification is a plus).
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, and UI/UX design.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
This is a full-time position based in Lugano, Switzerland. The salary range for this position is CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
