Raise the bar for department store partnerships

This challenging role at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies calls for a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to spearhead our commercial strategy in Switzerland. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will drive growth and development for our luxury skincare portfolio at key department store partners, such as Manor and Globus.

Key objectives include:
  1. Develop and execute commercial plans in alignment with company strategy, fostering strong relationships with retailers.
  2. Cultivate new business opportunities in collaboration with brand teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of forecasts.
  4. Evaluate market competitiveness and retailer evolution through regular site visits.
  5. Meet quantitative and qualitative sales targets.
  6. Manage a direct collaborator and influence commercial and cross-functional colleagues.

You will thrive in this role if you have a degree in business management, 8-10 years of Key Account Management experience in luxury or FMCG, and a deep understanding of the Swiss market. Proficiency in German and English is essential, with French being an asset.
