Strategic Account Manager Opportunity

This role involves a strategic and operational focus, critical in shaping our department store strategy in Switzerland. You will manage key department store partners, with a primary focus on Manor and Globus, driving growth aligned with company targets and global strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the commercial plan for assigned customers, leading negotiations with retailers and driving ELC's position/share/ranking.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and business growth.
  • Collaborate with education, field sales, marketing, digital, and supply chain teams to ensure strong activations and alignment in forecasting.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape and evolution of retailers through regular site visits and market analysis.
  • Responsible for achieving quantitative and qualitative sales targets, including value, volume, distribution, and financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business management or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of Key Account Management experience in luxury or FMCG, ideally in the beauty industry. Additional experience in marketing, trade marketing, or category management is a plus.
  • Omnichannel understanding of the Swiss trade landscape.
  • Proven success in leading customers and achieving genuine sales development.
  • Good analytical skills and understanding of business finance.
  • Passion for and understanding of brands and their development.
  • Proficient in German and English, with French as an asset.
