Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building a strong pipeline and maximizing software sales within large/global enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver on license, support, and service revenue targets
  • Strategic territory planning based on named accounts and opportunity management
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with customers
  • Effectively engage and leverage sales engineering and partner ecosystem resources
  • Use and live our sales methodology and processes effectively
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
  • 5-7 years direct selling experience in the Swiss IT market
  • Proven track record in software sales in Security, IT-Operations, DevOps, and/or Data Analytics
  • Exceptional management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth mindset and rapidly evolving market. They will be able to work independently and remotely from other members of their team and corporate.
