Als eines der führenden Business-Hotels in Zürich bietet das Crowne Plaza Zürich eine einzigartige Umgebung für unsere Gäste. Unser Hotel verfügt über 365 komfortable Zimmer und Suiten, die mit modernem Design und hochwertigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet sind.

Unsere Mitarbeiter werden erwarten, dass sie sich auf hohem Niveau bewegen, wenn es um den Kundenservice geht. Dazu gehört auch, dass sie die neuesten Technologien kennen und sie effizient anwenden können.

Wir suchen daher eine erfahrene Person als Front Office Agent, die sich auf ihre Arbeit im Team freut und gerne mit internationalen Gästen zusammenarbeitet.

Die folgenden Aufgaben sind Teil unserer Erwartungen:

  • Kenntnisse aller Serviceleistungen, Angebote und Aktivitäten des Hotels
  • Vorbereitung der Tracelisten und Informierung über den aktuellen Buchungsstand
  • Abschluss von Vorbereitungsarbeiten für Stammkunden, VIP's und Gruppen
  • Kenntnis über technische Arbeitsmittel am Empfang
  • Engegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
  • Check-in/Check-Out
  • Aufgaben gemäß Checklisten Frühdienst und Spätdienst
  • Korrekte Annahme & Weiterleitung von Telefonaten
  • Reklamationsbehandlung vor Ort
