**About Us**
We are Marriott International, a leading hospitality company with a strong presence in the global market.
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Hotel Experience Manager at our Zurich location.
This is a permanent position that requires independence and personal responsibility.
**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the "At Your Service" team, working independently on the switchboard in a small team, and handling various guest requests via phone, email, or mobile chat.
Key responsibilities include maintaining internal hotel systems and programs, managing our Guest Experience Platform, accepting and processing room service orders, and collaborating with reception and concierge to handle guest inquiries.

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have completed an apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry or have graduated from hotel management school.
You should possess excellent communication skills in German and English, be organized and structured, and have advanced IT skills.
A resilient and team-oriented approach, along with a creative and innovative mindset, is essential for success in this position.
**Estimated Salary**: CHF 60,000 - CHF 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
