Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at IWG plc. As a Community Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our business centers.
Key Responsibilities- Operational responsibility of the site, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Technical leadership of the center team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Ensuring the center standard is met, minimizing accounts receivable, and developing opportunities for additional business or services.
- Providing customer support, handling customer complaints, and escalating serious issues to the responsible manager.
- Organizing and coordinating events and community activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Handling all operational and administrative customer and center issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Communicating with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Successfully completed vocational training or equivalent experience.
- Excellent knowledge of German, French, and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, team-oriented, and communication skills.
- A high degree of independence, initiative, and flexibility.
- A sense of responsibility and service-oriented action.
