Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web3 Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in growing our customer base by researching, networking, and reaching out to top projects in the web3 industry. Your primary objective will be to acquire new TVL to the protocol and help make Arrakis Finance the largest decentralized market making protocol in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Outreach
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the web3 industry.
Business Development and Partnership BuildingBuild and nurture relationships with leading DeFi projects, qualifying existing business development opportunities, and driving them to closure.
Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with the business development and marketing team to develop new strategies for driving growth and expanding our customer base.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a B2B DeFi company, with a strong track record of managing partnerships, closing deals, and achieving revenue goals.
Technical ExpertiseExperience selling technical DeFi solutions and a deep understanding of DeFi/finance concepts, including impermanent loss, Uniswap v3, LVR, deep liquidity, arbitrage, and MEV.
Web3 NativeProficiency in using DeFi protocols daily/weekly and a strong understanding of the web3 ecosystem.
Communication and Time ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
