Your Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications Manager to join our team and spearhead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling marketing narrative that resonates with our target audience, comprising Processors, Consumers, and the Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute impactful communication campaigns to enhance brand awareness and bolster our reputation among diverse stakeholders.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop a range of materials, including social media posts, articles, and newsletters, to establish our brand identity and unique persona across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with Technical Experts: Work closely with our technical team to create insightful and topical content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in the web3 space.
  • Community Engagement: Partner with our community and design community programs to amplify our content reach and impact, including the Acurast Ambassador Program and Acurast Processor Bootstrapping Campaign.
  • Media and Social Media Management: Monitor media, social media, and community platforms, serving as the primary point of contact for support and responding effectively to inquiries and issues as they emerge.
Requirements
  • Proven Marketing Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in crafting tangible marketing narratives and strategic plans for successful web3 projects, with a clear understanding of complex concepts and the ability to convey unique value propositions.
  • Autonomy and Task Prioritization: Excel in independently managing tasks, taking ownership, and prioritizing activities based on established goals, with a proven track record of delivering results within specified timelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Bring strong collaboration skills to the table, actively engaging with colleagues to share knowledge, ideas, and insights that contribute to the team's overall success and advance our objectives.
  • Baseline Understanding of Protocols, Technology, and Crypto: Possess a solid foundation in protocols, technology, and cryptocurrencies, with the agility to quickly upskill in response to new technical developments and stay current with industry advancements.
  • Fluency in English: Demonstrate proficiency in both verbal and written English to communicate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders and convey our message to a global audience.
