Job Title: Senior HR Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and managing employee relations to ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Managing employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment
Overseeing performance management, compensation, and benefits programs
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR compliance regulations
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in driving HR strategies and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
