HR Site Head

We are seeking an experienced HR Site Head to join our team at NonStop Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and compliance.

About the Role:

This leadership role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. You will work closely with leadership to support organizational development and change management, and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
  • Overseeing performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with leadership to support organizational development and change management.
  • Managing HR data, reporting, and analytics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in driving HR strategies and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
