Strategic HR Leader for Global Pharmaceutical Company

NonStop Consulting is seeking a seasoned HR Site Head to join our team. This key leadership role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business objectives, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:- Leading the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and compliance.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Managing employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Overseeing performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in driving HR strategies and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.
We are offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
