About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Drive business growth by ensuring HR activities are aligned with key business issues and operational services are provided effectively.
  • Support the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, including hiring, onboarding, and end-of-employment processes.
  • Ensure HR activities and initiatives are consistent with regional and global policies, while adhering to local statutory requirements and legislation.
  • Provide strategic support to the business on staff-related matters to enhance individual and team capability and performance.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in regional or global projects as required.
  • Collaborate with HR service providers, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality services.

    About You

    • Hold a degree in a relevant field or equivalent HR/Business qualification.
    • Have 3-5 years of HR experience, including generalist experience, ideally in a global or regional matrix organization.
    • Possess strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations.
    • Be proactive, with a focus on superb service delivery and problem-solving attitude.
    • Able to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Fluent spoken and written English; German and/or fluency a distinct advantage.
