Senior HR Advisor

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all HR activities are focused on key business issues and that an effective operational service is provided.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Provide support to the business on all matters associated with staff to enhance individual and team capability and performance.
- Design and help implement company policies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in regional or global projects, as required, to drive business growth and improvement.
- Cooperate with HR service providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level qualification and/or HR/Business qualification.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, including Generalist experience, ideally in a global or regional matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations.
- A proactive approach with a focus on superb service delivery and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English; German and/or fluency a distinct advantage.
