About the Role

The Senior HR Advisor will play a key part in driving business success by providing strategic HR support to the organization. Key responsibilities will include ensuring activities are focused on key business issues, delivering an effective operational service, and performing and supporting all employee lifecycle processes.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify key business issues and develop HR strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business outcomes, including talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role. Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is also required.
