Senior HR Manager

As a Senior HR Manager at Genioo, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our company. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR operations and drive strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support and advice to all business functions, responding to requests, analyzing situations, interpreting policies and guidelines, and recommending practical and effective solutions.
- Stay current on HR-related regulations and best practices, and anticipate and address organizational issues and challenges.
- Lead reviews of our total reward package, including health, pension, and retirement plans, and insurances.
- Act as a trusted advisor and manage complex employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct market research for new benefits, negotiate with providers, implement new plans when relevant, and train the team on offerings.
- Design, run, and improve the performance review process and development activities, enhancing the ability of managers and staff to provide constructive feedback, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Lead the annual compensation review.
- Educate employees on HR policies and practices through regular updates and training sessions.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure positive work relationships, to foster positive work relationships throughout the organization, increased productivity, and retention.
- Oversee payroll management, including compliance with legal requirements.
- Run the HR operations department, ensuring efficient and effective HR services delivery.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Serve as manager/development lead for HR generalist.
- 10 years of experience as an HR expert, including leading HR in a small to medium-sized global company with entities in the US and Switzerland.
- degree in Human Resources (HR), Eidgenössischer Fachausweis Personalwesen, or equivalent, and knowledge of Swiss and US labor law (German and UK law a plus).
- Proven track record of HR project development and management.
- Natural interest in aligning people's roles and responsibilities to the business.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and quickly learn new procedures and processes.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to deliver high-quality outputs and presentations under deadline pressure.
- Experience working in a high-growth organization and enjoying a fast-paced environment where you lead and drive initiatives.
- Collaborative, caring spirit, and ability to add to our culture and values.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German.
- Fluent in Excel and capable of managing HR operations without a formal HRIS.
