Senior HR Advisor

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to support the business in achieving its objectives. This will involve ensuring that all HR activities are aligned with the company's global policies and legal requirements, while also considering local statutory requirements and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and development
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior management and employees
- Manage and coordinate HR-related projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in HR or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global or regional matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations
- Proactive and results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
