About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure that all employee-related processes are executed efficiently and effectively, from recruitment to retirement.
  • HR Operations: Provide support to the business on all matters associated with staff, including talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement company policies that align with our global HR strategy and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR service providers, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Project Support: Participate in regional or global projects as required, providing HR expertise and support to drive business outcomes.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as HR or Business Administration, and/or a professional certification in HR.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in generalist HR roles, preferably in a global or regional matrix organization.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Swiss labour laws and regulations, as well as a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Skills: Proactive, with a focus on superb service delivery and problem-solving attitude, able to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities, strong communication and teamwork skills, and fluency in English, with German and/or fluency a distinct advantage.
