Small Scale LNG Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LNG Market Development Executive to join our team at Novatek Gas & Power Asia Pte Ltd, Singapore Zug Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing marketing strategies to execute them.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the small-scale LNG market, including the negotiation of Master Sales and Purchase Agreements (MSPAs) with new counterparties.
- To support the Senior LNG Marketing Manager in analyzing market forecasts and trading opportunities, and to provide recommendations for business development.
- To collaborate with commercial colleagues across different offices and locations to achieve business objectives.
- To coordinate the sales of small-scale LNG with the Cryogas Vysotsk LNG plant in Russia.
- To establish and maintain long-term relationships with counterparties, which are essential for building a strong network of industry contacts.
- To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant professional qualifications.
- 1-5 years of experience in operations, shipping, or commercial roles, preferably in the commodity sector, with a strong understanding of the LNG market.
- Basic knowledge of trading principles would be an advantage.
- Fluent English is a must, with spoken Russian being an added benefit.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Curiosity, motivation to learn new things, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
