International Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled International Product Manager to join our team at ITech Consult AG. As a key member of our Global Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and success in the In Vitro Diagnostics market.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with pharmaceutical partners and key diagnostics markets to ensure our products meet market and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Science, Business Development, and R&D, to ensure alignment on customer needs
- Oversight of the IVD development process to ensure decisions are made in the best interests of patients and customers
- Support country organizations with product messaging and content around key innovations and collaborations
- Strategic alignment with pharmaceutical partners and diagnostics stakeholders to navigate barriers to diagnostic and therapeutic launches
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, business development, partnering, or related business experience, in local and global roles, across pharmaceuticals and diagnostics
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, science, or medicine, or related field
- Gathering customer insights for defining product characteristics and strategy
- Good understanding of the development process for In Vitro Diagnostics products, with additional experience in pharmaceuticals development ideal
- Self-starter, passionate about personalized healthcare
- Experience in a complex matrix environment with diverse colleagues and functions, confident in interactions with senior leadership and ability to influence stakeholders to achieve results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Master's degree in a relevant area of study
