The Opportunity:
The Senior Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring product safety, quality, and integrity in the market. You will be responsible for managing a diverse product portfolio and collaborating with key partners to maintain high-quality standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enhance the quality performance of the industrial network
- Conduct audits and evaluations of suppliers and manufacturers
- Implement and maintain a Supplier Quality Assurance system
- Provide technical recommendations for materials, products, and processes
- Improve the Specification Management system
- Support regulatory approval processes
- Work closely with the Innovation team for timely launches
- Manage deviations and continual improvement activities
- Develop KPI monitoring for improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Food Safety/Quality Management
- Expertise in Beverage technologies
- Experience in multiple markets
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERPs
