Financial Markets Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Derivatives Relationship Manager to join our team at SEBA Bank. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for expanding our crypto derivatives business, acquiring new clients, and developing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
    • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to secure B2B collaborations and crypto derivatives product sales.
    • Maintain close collaboration with our regional offices to drive business growth.
  • Relationship Management & Networking
    • Maintain relationships with existing crypto OTC derivatives clients and build new relationships by identifying and engaging prospects.
    • Support existing and prospective option trading clients with crypto derivatives market insights in collaboration with our derivatives trading team.
  • Market and Product Development
    • Monitor external developments in the local and global crypto derivatives market, identify opportunities, and translate/develop them into new products.
    • Work closely with traders and product managers to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • Strong product understanding of derivatives, ideally crypto or with FX derivatives.
  • Ability to analyze crypto options market data and trends and field client outgoing and incoming conversations.
  • Experience with crypto as an asset class and focus on crypto derivatives (OTC options in particular).
  • Strong network in the derivatives crypto space (exchanges, professional investors, family offices).
  • At least 5-7 years within a regulated environment, preferably banking.
  • Strong and proven sales skills and experience.
