Derivatives Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Derivatives Relationship Manager to join our team in Zug. As a key player in our Sales and Business Development team, you will be responsible for expanding our crypto derivatives business by acquiring clients, developing existing clients, and being a subject matter expert on derivatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively expand the Bank's crypto derivatives business by acquiring clients, developing existing clients, and being a subject matter expert on derivatives.
  • Target Banks, Asset Managers, HNW individuals, Hedge Funds, and potential partners in line with approved jurisdictions of the Bank.
  • Secure B2B collaborations and crypto derivatives product sales by executing a targeted sales strategy tailored to the crypto derivatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the existing network and independently cultivate relationships to grow the Bank's presence.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the Bank's regional offices.

Requirements:

  • Strong product understanding of derivatives, ideally crypto or with FX derivatives.
  • Ability to analyze crypto options market data and trends and field client outgoing and incoming conversations.
  • Experience with crypto as an asset class and focus on crypto derivatives (OTC options in particular).
  • Strong network in the derivatives crypto space (Exchanges, Professional Investors, Family Offices).
  • At least 5-7 years within a regulated environment, preferably banking.
  • Strong and proven sales skills and experience.
