Relationship Manager Role at SEBA Bank
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in Zug, Switzerland. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing client portfolios, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proactive initiatives to leverage existing client relationships and drive growth.
- Conduct client onboardings, including KYC and due diligence, and implement client documentation services.
- Initiate and lead client calling activities, focusing on product selling and upselling to targeted clientele.
- Ensure compliance with internal rules, regulations, and policies.
- Handle and coordinate inbound queries from prospects and clients.
- Coordinate marketing materials, sales activities, and events to support business growth.
- Collaborate with other business lines to ensure prime client experience and relationship viability.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or finance, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- High positive energy, drive, and a can-do mindset.
- Reliable and precise work ethic.
