Senior Accountancy and Financial Management Specialist

Rosetrust AG is a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Senior Accountancy and Financial Management Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled individual to manage the financial affairs of our clients, including Swiss and international companies. As a Senior Accountancy and Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation of management accounts, annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements for companies, associations, and trusts.
- Filing VAT returns in Switzerland and abroad, managing payments and refunds, and creating investment portfolio statements.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, liaising with auditors, and preparing for and attending audits.
- Administering bank accounts, payments, and financings, completing and filing tax returns under the supervision of a tax advisor where necessary.
- Providing accounting, compliance, and analytical support for trust officers as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Swiss qualified accountant qualification (Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience).
- Several years' experience working for an international fiduciary company with global contacts.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German; other languages would be an advantage but not required.
- Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies, including incorporation, general management, and liquidation.
- Good working knowledge of Swiss and international VAT as well as other Swiss tax matters for companies and individuals.
- Experience with payroll administration and familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance.
- Excellent PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Infoniqa.
