Sr. Manager, Field OPS, PLK, EMEA

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business. As the Sr. Manager, Field OPS, PLK, EMEA, you will be responsible for implementing brand standards, identifying improvement areas, and spearheading training initiatives in EMEA. Your expertise will directly influence guest satisfaction and franchisee success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Standards: Implement brand SOPs with a keen focus on the Popeyes Operations Manual, ensuring consistency across all locations.
  • Best Practices: Identify areas for improvement to drive guest satisfaction and franchisee profitability, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training initiatives in EMEA, utilizing classroom and digital platforms to enhance employee knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the quick service restaurant industry and restaurant operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale restaurant settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong leadership abilities and business acumen.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • EU/Swiss/Norwegian passport required.
