Our Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Field OPS, PLK, EMEA plays a critical role in driving business growth and improving franchisee profitability. As the in-house expert on restaurant operations, this role is responsible for executing brand standard operating procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and championing training initiatives within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Standards: Develop and implement brand standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across the EMEA region.
  2. Best Practices: Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and franchisee profitability.
  3. Training: Design and deliver training programs to support the development of field teams and franchisees.
Requirements
  1. Strong understanding of the QSR industry and restaurant operations.
  2. 5+ years of experience in the large-scale restaurant setting, with a proven track record of success in operations management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful business relationships.
  4. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others.
  5. Business acumen and dexterity with qualitative business concepts.
  6. Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
  7. Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Travel

This role requires ad-hoc travel to countries throughout the EMEA region.
