As a Business Development Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on strategic projects, support our global M&A strategy, and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential target companies that align with our business strategy, including analyzing industry trends, financial performance, and competitive landscapes.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential targets through financial analysis, assessing potential synergies, and conducting due diligence.
- Contribute to strategic projects aimed at supporting our company's objectives and growth initiatives.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related areas (completed or ongoing)
- Problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking
- Organized and structured
- Results-oriented and pragmatic
- Good communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with management
- Motivated and passionate with an interest in industrial and technology sectors
- Fluent in English, German language skills preferred
- Hands-on and down-to-earth
