Crypto Derivatives Business Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Derivatives Relationship Manager to join our team at SEBA Bank. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for expanding our crypto derivatives business, acquiring new clients, and developing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients, leveraging your expertise in derivatives and sales strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Management & Networking: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new relationships by identifying and engaging prospects, serving as the primary representative for SEBA Bank in sales and account management.
  • Market and Product Development: Monitor external developments in the local and global crypto derivatives market, identify opportunities, and translate them into new products, working closely with traders and product managers.
Requirements
  • Strong product understanding of derivatives, ideally crypto or with FX derivatives, with a focus on option pricing, risks, and settlements.
  • Ability to analyze crypto options market data and trends, as well as engage in client-facing conversations.
  • Experience with crypto as an asset class and focus on crypto derivatives, particularly over-the-counter options.
  • Strong network in the derivatives crypto space, including exchanges, professional investors, and family offices.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a regulated environment, preferably in banking.
  • Proven sales skills and experience.
