Gi Group SA, a leading provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions, has partnered with a renowned pharmaceutical client in Basel to fill the role of an Administrative Coordinator.
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. The opportunity for permanent employment is available upon successful completion of the temporary contract.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional administrative support to colleagues in the office
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling deliveries, and coordinating with local delivery services
- Assisting with event planning and coordination for senior members of the global organization
- Supervising kitchen areas to ensure they are well-stocked and tidy
- Collaborating with executive assistants to address requests and inquiries from senior managers
In addition, the successful candidate will be required to:
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements within Switzerland
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:
- Previous experience in office management and reception in an international environment
- Fluent English language skills (German language skills are also desirable)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus
