**Votre mission**

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous serez le point de contact privilégié de nos clients suisses et internationaux.

Vous avez pour responsabilité principale la gestion et le suivi de vos portefeuilles clients. Vous assurez une communication proactive auprès des clients afin d’anticiper les éventuelles demandes.

Principal point de contact avec les clients, vous gérez également toute la partie administrative : établissement des offres et traitement des commandes dans SAP, suivi des livraisons et des délais, transmission des documents d’exportation, etc. De plus, vous vous occupez des demandes d’échantillons et de la mise à jour des données clients.

A ce poste, vous assurez la liaison et collaborez étroitement avec différents départements (Finance, Planification, Expédition, Logistique, Bureau Technique, etc.), et allez chercher l’information dont vous avez besoin afin de répondre aux différentes demandes de vos clients.

**Votre profil**

Au bénéfice d’un CFC d’employé de commerce, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience dans un milieu international et en industrie. Maitrisant parfaitement l’anglais, vous possédez d’excellentes qualités organisationnelles et relationnelles, aussi bien en interne qu’avec une clientèle internationale. Vous êtes orienté client, comprenez leurs besoins et mettez tout en œuvre pour les satisfaire.
