Job Title: Business Growth Manager – Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager – Services to join our team at Callista Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and campaigns to drive the growth of our services business.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for our services business, placing our vast network of experts with enterprise clients or helping those clients to transition to a more cost-effective setup by working with our nearshore center in Serbia.
  • Identify the right setup for the potential client by offering either consulting of individual experts, support in the form of a Callista team that delivers the desired outcome over a given period of time or managed capacity to outsource more parts of the value chain to us.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and maintaining outstanding client relationships.
  • As the first point of contact for our clients, you will understand their challenges, pick up on their ideas and offer appropriate next steps.
  • Responsible for preparing quotations, cost indications and contract negotiations as part of our sales process.

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in a mid-sized IT company and success in the sale of selling services to enterprise clients (new business).
  • Relevant experience in establishing and maintaining trusted business relationships and successfully navigating first contact sales conversations.
  • Advanced technical understanding is an asset, the ability to understand the technical aspects of the first contact sales conversation is a must.
  • Experience with projects within one or more of our competency domains (Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, Data Platform, Data Engineering, Azure Databricks, Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) is a plus.
  • Personal skills: You are a «People Person», who makes new contacts easily and has a talent for gaining the trust of others quickly and sustainably.
  • A high level of social and methodological competencies as well as a strong presence in uncertain, unfamiliar situations.
  • Great discipline and ambition with the ability to identify and seize opportunities.
  • Intrinsic motivation and an open mindset to constantly reflect, develop and learn.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and work in start-up mode.
  • Must be open to travel within Switzerland.
  • Ready to meet in our office in Zug but also work remotely from home.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written German and English is required.
