About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team at SEDA. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing our growing community, overseeing multiple community channels, and executing creative campaigns focused on growth, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Focus on growth, engagement, and retention initiatives to drive community development
  • Design and execute growth campaigns to increase community participation
  • Implement retention mechanics in community channels to foster long-term engagement
  • Manage and maintain SEDA's community channels, including Discord, Telegram, YouTube, and Intern (X)
  • Develop community-focused content across multiple channels to promote SEDA's mission and values
  • Supervise and support Community Moderators to ensure a positive and engaging community experience
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or growth positions
  • Proven understanding of Web3 community culture and its nuances
  • Proven knowledge of Web3 community tools, including Ambassador Programs, POAPs, and NFT minting
