About the Role: We are looking for a talented Sales Associate / Sales Team Leader (f/m/d) to join our Peripheral and Aortic Business in Switzerland who will develop our position in the marketplace into a market leader. This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Switzerland.
Responsibilities:- Lead a high performing sales team responsible for Gore’s high quality, innovative Peripheral Interventional, Peripheral Vascular, and Aortic medical device products portfolio, while managing a specific sales territory.
- Develop followership from the team and lead by example, ensuring our sales team has all the necessary tools (physical tools, training, knowledge, and support) to excel in a competitive environment, and provide coaching to support our sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop our position in the marketplace into a market leader across our full portfolio of focus products.
- Drive sales and market penetration with existing business, actively pursue new customers, and develop new opportunities.
- Maintain and build strong relationships across our customer base, becoming recognized as a go-to person at Gore and as a product expert.
- Provide clinical product education and training, with regular involvement in case planning and support in the operating room.
- Analyze and understand the market to successfully plan objectives, strategies, and actions according to business unit guidelines.
- Collate and provide timely market insights to our sales and marketing leadership teams.
- Manage sales overhead for the team and drive profitable revenue growth in the region.
- Attend international and regional congresses and implement local sales promotion activities.
