Allgemeine Stellenbeschreibung

Der Sales Representative berichtet an den Regional Manager On-Premise Ost und ist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Sell-Out-Aktivitäten und den Markenaufbau in seiner zugewiesenen Region. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil ist die Weiterentwicklung der Kategorien sowie der Markenausbau der Campari Schweiz AG.

Aufgabe

Der/die Mitarbeiter/in hat die Aufgabe, die Aktivierung und das Wachstum der On Premise (Gastronomie) Verkaufspunkte in den Regionen Aargau/Luzern/Obwalden/Nidwalden und Teile von Zürich sicherzustellen, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die Welt der Cocktailbars. Er/sie verfolgt die Ziele im Einklang mit den strategischen Plänen zu Vertrieb, Sortiment, Volumen, Umsatz, Markenaufbau und Kundenbindung.

Hauptaktivitäten und Verantwortungsbereiche

Der/die Mitarbeiter/in ist verantwortlich für:

ENTWICKLUNG DES ABSATZ- UND UMSATZVOLUMENS

  • Betreuen und Beraten des bestehenden Kundenstammes
  • Ausbau der Distribution bei bestehenden sowie bei Neukunden
  • Erreichen der Zielvorgaben (Neukundengewinnung, Sortimentsgestaltung, Aktivitätenumsetzungen, etc.)
  • Entwicklung des Absatzes im Zuständigkeitsbereich, basierend auf definierten Zielen, Richtlinien und Promotionsplänen
  • Management der Visibilität, des POS-Materials, des Markenaufbaus und der ordnungsgemäßen Umsetzung aller Marketing-Aktivitäten, in ständiger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CCM Field Coordinator
  • Evaluierung von (neuen) Konzepten bei bestehenden und Neukunden sowie entsprechende Investitionsverantwortung auf Grundlage interner Richtlinien

PLANUNG UND KONTROLLE

  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam bei der Definition von Maßnahmen für Schlüsselkunden
  • Analyse und ständige Überprüfung von Vertriebstrends, Umsatz- / Absatzzahlen und Vertragsverlauf, um eventuelle Korrekturmaßnahmen im zugewiesenen Bereich einzuleiten
  • Rapportieren von wichtigen Aktivitäten der Wettbewerber sowie wichtiger Entwicklungen des lokalen Marktes
  • Pflege und Bewirtschaftung des C4C (CRM) Systems

Ausbildung/Berufliche Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung EFZ, Hochschulabschluss ist ein Plus
  • Mindestens 4-5 Jahre in einer kommerziellen Rolle, vorzugsweise als Verkaufsrepräsentant im On-Premise-Kanal und in der Getränkebranche
  • Leidenschaft und Kenntnisse des On-Premise-Kanals
  • Gute Markt- und Gebietskenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse der wichtigsten IT-Tools (Office-Paket, Kenntnisse von SAP und C4C sind von Vorteil)
  • Sprachen: Deutsch (Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil) fliessend, Englisch gut
