On Trade Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland is a key role within AB InBev, responsible for leading the Horeca/Gastronomy team and driving the Swiss On Trade strategy. This role requires a strong commercial background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead a sales force team. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating with wholesalers, setting up annual promo planning, and ensuring listing of new SKUs. They will also lead monthly meetings with stakeholders to monitor performance and campaigns, and track performance versus plan to ensure budgeted results are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with existing wholesalers and extend the network

• Lead monthly meetings with stakeholders to monitor performance and campaigns
• Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economics
• At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales
• Mandatory languages: German, French, and English
• Experience in leading a sales force team
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
• Ability to analyze volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
• Target driven and a 'dream big' mindset
• Willing to go the extra mile to deliver results
• Takes ownership of projects and shows flexibility and initiative to achieve goals
• Knows how to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
