Job Title: On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland

Job Summary:

The On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland is a key role within AB InBev, responsible for leading the Horeca/Gastronomy team and reporting to the Country Manager Austria & Switzerland. This position requires a strong commercial background, preferably within FMCG sales, with a focus on driving distribution and growing volume through On Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Swiss On Trade strategy, including yearly negotiations with wholesalers and daily follow-ups with existing partners.
  • Lead a sales force team dedicated to the gastronomy channel, with clear target setting and daily contact and follow-up.
  • Monitor on-trade performance and campaigns, ensuring alignment with budget and identifying opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economics.
  • At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience, preferably within FMCG sales.
  • Mandatory languages: German, French, and English.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
