Digital and Content Marketing Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content and Website Management-
- Optimize social media and implement SEO strategies to boost engagement and traffic.- Publish and maintain website content, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.- Execute marketing campaigns and A/B tests to enhance lead conversion.-
- Develop automated workflows for events, webinars, and gated content.

Reporting and Analysis- Generate performance reports and provide insights to refine strategies.- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and improve reporting processes.

Technical Coordination- Manage user access and coordinate with IT for seamless platform functionality.- Support website projects and make necessary adjustments to enhance user experience.

Tech Stack Integration- Utilize and integrate tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to support marketing efforts.- Oversee the reporting pipeline for internal use.

QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Business, or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience with HubSpot, content management, and marketing tools.- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools.- Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, French) is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS- Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation.- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SE Ranking, and WordPress.- Knowledge of SEO best practices and index-related content.

The Digital and Content Marketing Associate for Index plays a pivotal role in driving content management and marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality output and campaign optimization to meet business objectives. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
