- Design and Improve Treasury Systems: Collaborate with the IT department to design and implement treasury systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Realize Short-Term Investment Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on short-term investment opportunities to optimize treasury yields and returns.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Physics, or Mathematics.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a treasury or risk management role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Skills: Strong understanding of financial analysis and statistics, regulatory landscape, and risk management principles.
- Language: Fluency in German and English.
