About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join our team at Partners Group. As a key member of our Group Treasury Team, you will be responsible for owning, developing, and supervising complex corporate treasury projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cash pool strategies to optimize cash flows and intercompany funding across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Oversee the application of best practices for cash management, including the optimization of cash flows, intercompany funding, and FX exposure analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of treasury processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Treasury Controlling, Risk Management, and the Balance Sheet Portfolio Manager to identify and manage risks.
  • Act as a counterpart to external stakeholders, including financial institutions and internal departments, on treasury-related matters.
  • Support the Group Treasury Team, Group Controlling, and Accounting teams with complex requests and information.
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Banking, preferably in a team lead role in an international working environment.
  • Proven track record of working across multiple teams and managing complex projects.
  • Quantitative and analytical mindset, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English, with sound knowledge of German a distinct advantage.
  • Master's Degree in Finance or similar education.
  • Experience with SAP, BI reporting, and Treasury applications a plus.
