City-Hotel Ochsen Zug is a 4-star business hotel located in the heart of Zug, Switzerland. Our hotel offers 42 rooms, a sauna, and a fitness room. We have two restaurants, "au premier" and "le Bar du Boeuf," as well as a conference room that can accommodate up to 100 people.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front desk team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and managing reservations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring that all guests have a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Manage reservations, including room assignments and cancellations.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Update online booking systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel management or hospitality degree preferred.
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills; additional languages a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with property management systems (PMS) a plus.
