We are bringing a new financial services paradigm to the blockchain and finance economy. In scope of our growth plans we are looking for a Senior Relationship Manger, APAC Desk to join our Chief Commercial Office in Zug. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key client relationships for the APAC region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the APAC market. The successful candidate will work closely with the APAC team based in Hong Kong to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead and manage the APAC desk at our Zug headquarters.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the APAC region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new clients in the APAC region
  • Collaborate closely with the APAC team in Hong Kong to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships through proactive communication and up-selling of financial and crypto products
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial and crypto products offered by the company
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Represent AMINA at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and business development.

For you to become part of AMINA's journey, we require the following set of experience:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years of client coverage experience in a regulated financial services firm
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth especially in APAC region
  • In-depth knowledge of the APAC market and cultural nuances.
  • A passion for financial and crypto products, and a desire to keep up to date with the latest industry developments
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in Zug or the surrounding area
