We are seeking an Automotive Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity for a law student or paralegal to gain hands-on experience in customer escalation, legal processes, and CRM management within a fast-paced environment.
As a representative of Gowago AG, you will be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service while ensuring that our customers' needs are met with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Assist customers with understanding our products and services, addressing their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, documenting customer interactions and issues.
- Support the Customer Success team with various administrative tasks related to customer satisfaction.
- Learn and adapt quickly to our products and services, as well as the contracts that bind them.
Must-Haves
- French mother tongue (Essential)
- Fluent in English (Required)
- Previous experience in direct customer contact (e.g., in gastronomy, hospitality, hotline, retail, etc.).
- Available for 80-100% workload.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Good note-taking skills, and attention to detail when documenting interactions in the CRM system.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative, and remain proactive.
- A positive attitude, energy, and willingness to embrace the start-up atmosphere.
Nice-to-Haves
- Conversational knowledge of German
- Conversational knowledge of Italian
- Previous experience working with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of car ownership and enthusiasm for cars is a plus.
